Headers & Source Keys Explanation

Under the settings tab in Sentry, you will see a sub tab called "Keywords"

Here you have to "Phrase Options"
Header Key Phrases
Source Key Phrases

I will explain the difference.

Header
1. Download HTTP Firefox Addon.

2. Open the addon (Bottom right corner of Browser) and Press Start. Go to a website and notice what happens in the Addon. Firefox starts gathering "header" information.

3. Go to a site and click on the members page. Once loaded, you'll see all the headers loading up for that page. Look for the login page in the URL tab of HTTP Firefox and the under the Type tab it should read text/html. Click on the login URL and you'll notice all your information in the "Request Header" and "Response Header" update.

Source
In Firefox or Google Chrome, right click on the web page you are currently on and go to the option "View Page Source"

Any text found on this page are phrases for "Source Key Phrases"

When keywords are put into the Header Key Phrases, Sentry searches only the information gathered by HTTP Firefox. When keywords are put into the Source Key Phrases, Sentry searches information gathered by HTTP Firefox AND the page source. Therefore, it takes longer to search through the text when using the Source Key Phrases.

Final
Unless you know your keyword is only in the header, use the source key phrases for the majority of cracking.
